R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities

As a R&D Engineer. at our company, your responsibilities will include:

– Multi-Position Involvement: You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of Research & Development and Quality Assurance.
– Innovation Design: Collaborate closely with our R&D leader to create cutting-edge designs that push the boundaries of innovation.
– Market Research & Outsourcing Design: Conduct in-depth market research and outsourcing design work to align our products with market needs and trends.
– Effective Communication: Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the design and production process.
– Design Schedule Management: Create and manage design schedules for each project, ensuring timely execution.
– Engineering Team Collaboration: Communicate with our engineering team in China, coordinating efforts to bring designs to life.
– Problem Solving: Be a proactive problem solver, addressing issues that may arise during the entire design process.
– Quality Improvement Assistance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to enhance the quality of our products.
– Prototyping and Testing: Participate in the testing of prototypes and new products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Skill & Knowledge

– Product Development Expertise: You should be proficient in developing brand new products and creating innovative designs that captivate our customers.
– Presentation Skills: We require the ability to craft professional PPT presentations to introduce new design concepts and projects effectively.
– Project Management: As a part of our team, you will need to organize and manage your time efficiently, allowing you to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Technical Solutions: You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to adjust designs to fit the manufacturer’s facility, ensuring seamless production.
– Software Proficiency: Experience with software tools such as Solidworks, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is essential for success in this role.

What can you expect?

You can expect a varied Full-time position for 40 hours with many responsibilities and opportunities. Batavia is housed in a brand new office with sit/stand workstations and a nice canteen, lunch spot on the waterfront and free parking. You can start your working day between 08.00 and 09.00.

There are good primary and secondary working conditions, in line also with your education and experience.
